Instructions to Draw a Simple Head

Open up illustrator
Set the deminsions of the canvas to be 6inches wide; 8inches high
Use the elipse tool to make a perfect circle for the head (leave the head white)
Then use the elipse tool to make two eyes; the must be taller then it is wide (make the eye on the right hand side a little smaller than the other; leave the two eyes white)
Make two more elongated elipses with the same proportions as the first two, but make them 25% smaller
Place the new elipses inside the old ones directly in the center
Fill the new elipses with the color black (this will be the character's irises)
Then use the elipse tool to draw the mouth directly under the eyes(This time the elipse will be wider then it is tall)
Make the mouth black color
You are done!
